Site Control have been working behind the scenes to develop our new website - www.sitecontrol.ie, to offer our Clients and partners a window into our company, our brand and our ethos.
Seamus Gallagher, Director of the Company said "We want our clients to 'Experience the Difference'; we have invested heavily in resources to address current and future construction challenges, including training, working towards ISO 9001, 14001, & 45001 accreditations, becoming a member of the IPCA and cementing our position as Ireland’s gold standard dedicated Groundworks Contractor. Breezy Point Donegal
It's rare we get to work at home!!
Site Control are delighted to be appointed as Groundworks and Civils Contractors for Axis Construction on their new project in Rossnowlagh Donegal.
This is our second project working with the Axis team with whom we enjoy a fantastic relationship.
When complete, the project will supply an additional 15 houses to the market in Donegal.

Building the Team
Site Control welcome L.J. Lee to the team in the position of Contracts Director. A Chartered Engineer with over 23 years with JJ Rhatigan, LJ will bring a wealth of influence, experience and knowledge to the company.
In his time with JJR, L.J. managed numerous high value projects in both residential and commercial sectors, most recently as Senior Contracts Manager on the large Charlemont development in Dublin 2 and the UCD student accomodation in Dublin 4.
Beranger House
Site Control have been appointed as Groundworks Contractor on Axis Construction's new Beranger House apartments development in Clonskeagh, Dublin. 'The A Rated apartments have been designed to optimise living, with beautiful finishes that will create the perfect environment to work, live and enjoy life to the full.' This is Site Control's third project with Axis and demonstrates the return business we enjoy from Ireland premier developers, based on our quality of service and superior client relationship management.
Cherrywood Town Centre
We are delighted to continue our work with John Sisk and Sons on two projects in Cherrywood Town Centre - TC2 and TC4. Works are progressing well and when completed, will offer much needed residential accommodation to the local area.
Site Control have been partnered with Sisk on these projects since 2017 completing bulk digs, site and compound set ups, haul roads, drainage, road construction, Luas infrastructure works, core drilling, enablement works and other associated groundworks.
Walled Garden Dundrum
Almost a year on from starting on site, works are near completion for Site Control on our package for Glenbeigh Construction on behlaf of Marlet in Dundrum.
This site offered many challenges including a number of specified risks, proximity to other residents and a very tight site to complete groundworks. Through our strong working relationship with the Glenbeigh Site Management team, Site Control have successfully completed most of our package with the site team having now moved to the next Glenbeigh project in Dalkey
