Eamon McCafferty
Director / Client Relationships
Eamon has over 30 years experience in construction, including heavy civils, pharmaceutical, residential, commercial and high rise. Eamon is a Civil Engineer by trade and has spent time on delivering high value projects throughout Europe.
Eamon currently manages Client Relationships and New Business Development as Director of Site Control.
Seamus Gallagher
Director / Contracts Management
Seamus is another of the group with nearly 20 years heavy civils and Main Contractor experience. Seamus leads our projects and understands cost, programme and quality concerns of our Clients and reacts effectively and quickly to problems and changes.
Michael Gallagher
Director / Logistics Cooridnator
Michael too, has over 30 years experience of groundworks on multi-million euro projects ranging from blue-chip data-centres, the Underground in London, and electrical infrastructure to large residential developments in both the public and private spheres. Before setting up Site Control, Michael worked for some of the biggest names in civil engineering in Ireland, the UK and Australia, including Wimpeys, Kane Tunneling and McCloskeys
L.J. Lee
Operations Manager
L.J. is the most recent member of the senior management team and bring his 24 years of experience as Contract Manager with J.J. Rhatigan and Company to the Site Control Team. L.J. has amassed invaluable experience leading some of Ireland most prestigious, high value commercial and residential developments. His knowledge and technical expertise are perfectly suited to his hands on role within Site Control.

Senior Quantity Surveyor
Cathal oversees our projects to ensure the commercial needs of Site Control and our Clients are met through his technical and commercial skillset
Seán Gallagher
Project Manager
Seán has over 20 years experience in the Civils Industry and has a reputation for building strong and lasting relationships with our Clients. Seán is a very highly trained operative with exceptional man management skills.
Paul McDonald
Project Manager
Paul joined Site Control in 2018 and is an integral part of our site management team. Paul has an exceptional eye for detail and ensures we maintain compliance with our BCAR/regulatory commitments
Jarad Bradley
Quantity Surveyor
Jarad joined the team in 2021, having spent most of his career to date in New Zealand. With vast main contractor experience in both Ireland and at home, his knowledge allows the team to focus on getting the job done, safe in the knowledge that our clients are receiving genuine value.
